Emma Tonegato's terrific hat-trick of tries and assists helped Australia ease past the Orchids as the defending champions ran out convincing 82-0 winners in York.
Australia will play for a third straight title at Old Trafford on Saturday after running in 15 scores in total.
New Zealand will join them in Manchester after Mele Hufanga's storming performance saw the Kiwi Ferns run into their sixth straight final with a 20-6 victory over hosts England.
Raecene McGregor gave the three-time champions a lead at the break but further tries from Otesa Pule and Brianna Clark put the game beyond doubt.
