Todd Smith will referee Scotland and Italy's Group B clash in Newcastle after Gerard Sutton tested positive for Covid-19.

Smith will take charge at Kingston Park, with Warren Turley replacing him as reserve referee in the Group C match between New Zealand and Lebanon in Warrington.

Sutton will be replaced as video referee for Monday's Group A game between France and Greece in Doncaster by Chris Kendall.
